Try a different browser and turn off the VPN. A Curaçao licensee blocks some IP ranges, and a VPN exit node in a restricted country produces an error that looks exactly like a wrong password.
Resetting the password properly
Use the forgot password link on the sign-in panel rather than asking chat to reset it for you.
